Charlotte is a familiar face around Florida Hospital Tampa, she volunteers at the Patient Information desk and she was an open heart bypass patient in 2000. When her cardiologist discovered one of her stents had additional blockage but she was not a suitable candidate for traditional surgery, her physicians and coworkers sprang into action, finding state-of-the-art and minimally invasive techniques to save Charlotte’s life.
